I like Dark Cluttered Basements [A Day in New York]

For me, my history is important. Even though I had no choice in the actions of my ancestors, they've informed who I am now.  No matter how old I'll get I'll find it fascinating here.

Kodama Series

This series has evolved over the course of the summer. When I first started drawing these, I was mostly thinking of worlds beyond our own. Inspired in part from films such as Spirited Away I became obsessed with the idea of a spirit world within ours, but as the summer went on I became more interested in the intersecting vines in the trees. I love mythology and the idea that there are common themes in almost all religions, and everything is connected. [This is only a part of the series. I've been giving the 4x5 inch pieces out, and most of them live in my sketchbook.]
